This is an organiser to pack folded clothes neatly.

Why did I make this?

I was not spared when Marie Kondo took the world by storm. After refolding all the clothes that sparked joy in me, I realised that my cupboard was still untidy because I didn’t have drawers or dividers, so…

How did I make this?

(1) Begin with the width of each folded piece of clothing, then CAD simply.

(2) Pick up scrap boards of wood from the recycling area in school, and laser cut away.

(3) Nail everything together and tell my friends to call me Kevin Kondo for the rest of the day.

Wouldn’t it have been easier to just buy some trays or boxes?

Probably, but customising it allowed me to maximise the usable space.

That being said, I must admit that it was not very smart of me to use material picked up from a bin for a clothes organiser…
